Wynonna Judd and Cactus Moser exchanged vows on June 1, 2012, in a beautiful wedding held on Wynonna’s Tennessee farm. The couple’s journey to marriage has been a long one, as they have known each other for many years but only recently got engaged in December (2011).
Wynonna and Cactus, both renowned country musicians, had previously toured together in the 1980s and have recently been performing on the road as part of Wynonna and the Big Noise. Their wedding took place during a break between concert dates in Anderson, Ind., and Webster, Mass.
According to an article in Us Weekly, the ceremony was held at sunset and was described as an intimate celebration on Wynonna’s farm in Leiper’s Fork, Tenn. The bride looked radiant in a white gown and made a unique choice by going barefoot, adding to the joyful atmosphere of the occasion. Cactus, whose real name is Scott, complemented his attire with a vest, pocket watch, and holster. He is one of the founding members of the band Highway 101.
This is the third marriage for Wynonna, (In 2012)who is 48 years old and has two children from her previous marriage. She and Cactus, who is 55, have been in a relationship since 2009. Unfortunately, Wynonna’s sister Ashley Judd and mother Naomi Judd were not present at the wedding, as reported by Us Weekly.
